Services

The goal of counselling is to empower your child to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their resilience, and build healthier and safer relationships.

I am committed to offering a supportive, nurturing environment to help unlock your child's full potential and lead happier, more fulfilling lives. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space where your child can express themselves freely.
I use evidence-based approaches that are tailored to your child’s unique needs, placing great focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship that fosters trust and security. I only see adolescents between 14 to 18 years old.

Life brings its unique set of challenges, and sometimes we all need a guiding hand to navigate through them. Counselling provides a safe, confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and concerns with an empathetic and skilled counsellor. Whether you are facing personal struggles, emotional distress, or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you.
I offer evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, helping you build resilience, heal from emotional wounds, and achieve your goals. I have expertise in supporting you with grief and loss, miscarriages, stillbirths, stress and anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, parenting, trauma, and more. Adult counselling is offered to those 19 years and older.

Couples
Counselling
I offer private, in-person sessions for couples who wish to explore their relationship more deeply and cultivate a healthier, more fulfilling connection. Every couple is unique; depending on your specific needs, we may explore concerns and aspects related to communication, conflict resolution, dealing with infidelity, or rebuilding trust and connection.
I believe that a strong, healthy relationship is foundational to personal well-being, and I am dedicated to supporting couples in developing deeper trust, communication, and understanding. I focus on creating a safe space where both partners can express themselves openly and honestly.

You do not have to wait for crisis. There is always opportunities for growth, and counselling can be a powerful way to rediscover the love and connection that first brought you together.

Group
Counselling
I offer group counselling sessions in-person. Sharing a space with others who are experiencing similar challenges to you can be deeply empowering. Group counselling offers an opportunity for members to learn from one another, and realise that you are not alone. The group setting provides an opportunity for meaningful connection and support within a safe, and confidential space.

I am currently offering a support group for first-time mothers. Motherhood is both beautiful and challenging, and the transition into this new role can feel overwhelming and isolating at times. This group aims to offer a safe space where first-time mothers can share their pre- and post- natal experiences, learn from each other, receive emotional support, and build meaningful connections. The group will run once a week (2 hour sessions) for the duration of 6 weeks, and will be limited to 12 participants.

If you are interested in joining this group, please feel free to contact me for more information.
